Frequently asked questions
How do I add or edit a product?
Open the app, tap the + button to add a product, or open a product and use the edit icon to change its details.
How is “price per month” calculated?
We take the purchase price plus any repairs you’ve logged, and divide by the number of months you’ve owned the product (from purchase date until now or until you marked it as retired). If you sold it when retiring, we subtract the sale price so the cost reflects what you actually spent.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. Use the account or settings section in the app to delete your account, or contact us at privacy@durability.app. See also Privacy options.
Where are my photos and data stored?
Your data is stored securely with our hosting and database providers. We do not sell your data. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
