Durability – Your choices about your data

In the app
- Access your data — All the data we hold about you (products, repairs, ratings) is visible in the app under your account.
- Correct your data — Edit or delete individual products, repairs, and ratings at any time from the app.
- Delete your account — Use the account or settings section in the app to delete your account. This will remove your account and associated data in line with our Privacy Policy and retention practices.

- Portability — Your data in a machine-readable format where technically feasible.
- Rectification — Correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure — Deletion of your data, subject to legal and retention requirements.

- Withdraw consent — Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
We will respond within the time required by applicable law (e.g. one month under GDPR).
